1. UK Standard Delivery
£3.95, or completely free on orders over £45. Delivered within 3–5 business days via a tracked service. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. UK Express Delivery
£6.95. Need it sooner? Order before 1pm on a business day and we’ll dispatch the same day for delivery within 1–2 business days. Perfect when you need something in a hurry.
3. Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
£5.95, delivered within 4–7 business days. Due to the nature of delivery to more remote areas, we use specialist carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Fully tracked throughout.
4. International Delivery
£12.95, delivered within 7–14 business days. We ship to most countries worldwide via a fully tracked international service. Please note that import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. When Will My Order Ship?
We dispatch all orders within 1 business day of receiving them. Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
6. Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
7. Our Packaging
🌿 Every order is wrapped with care. We use recycled and recyclable packaging wherever possible — because a beautiful delivery shouldn’t cost the planet. Your items are carefully protected to arrive in perfect condition.
8. Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of your dispatch confirmation at keldwickandbryne@gmail.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Frequently Asked Delivery Questions
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can usually update the address. Email us immediately at keldwickandbryne@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.
Our carriers do deliver on Saturdays in most areas. Sunday delivery is not currently available. Business day estimates run Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Your carrier will leave a card with redelivery or collection options. Most carriers will also attempt a second delivery or leave with a neighbour if you’ve authorised it. You can manage delivery preferences directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
For UK orders, no — there are no additional charges. For international orders, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our delivery fee.
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout. We don’t include any pricing information in the parcel, so it’s ready to give. Gift wrapping options are coming soon.
