How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the product back using the provided return label

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Defective Items

If your NONALIN device is defective or damaged on arrival, we will cover the return shipping cost in full and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
